Experiences:

  • Joining at least 2 infrastructure development Projects over 200.000.000 IDR (excluding application development) with successfully satisfying quality, productivity and deadline of the project (E)
  • Working as IT Infrastructure Engineer at least 3 years (E)
  • Solid technical background in IT Solution provider companies including infrastructure networks, hardware, software and telecommunications (E)
  • Having experience of Technical support of large, enterprise level environments (E)
  • Having experience of supporting office environment with Active Directory, E-mail, Shared folder, Telecommunication tools (D)

  • To involve and contribute to the main responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Department, that is to achieve the sales and profit target of company products and services
  • To represent SSS to its customers or prospective customers and to coodinate with the internal team (implementation team, maintenance team, management, etc.) to ensure all the projects/tasks can be completed as planned

Responsibilities:

  • Built client base of the product/service by doing market searching, creating qualified sales leads through networking or marketing activities such as conducting business seminar, attending business event, etc.
  • Get and manage customer's information, including customer's potential risks, budget, decision maker, etc.
  • Promote the products and services from preparation and delivery of sales literatures, show business presentation or software demo, respond to customer inquiries, and follow up the activities
  • Prepare proposal documents (including quotation, proposal, draft of agreement, etc.), arrange internal review and submit to the client/prospect
  • Explain, get feedback and negotiate the contents of the documents, including scope of services, terms and conditions, closing conditions, etc. with the customer and follow up until (sales) close
  • Always keep in touch with Technical team/Project team and collaborate with them to arrange kick-off meeting, monitor the project, handle complaints and make sure the execution of the project stay on track until the project close (user acceptance & payment closed)
  • Manage the after sales process (after services) as well as maintain and improve relationship with the existing client (by continuously and constantly contact and visit the customer) to get new business oppotunity (yearly maintenance, extension modules, etc.) or referrals from them

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any fields
  • Minimum has 3 years experiences as Sales in the IT Industry, Have experience in selling and/or consulting HR & Payroll software is an advantage
  • Having experience with Japanese company/client is an advantage
